Information you give us. When you fill out the quote form, call, text or email us, we collect what you send: usually your name, phone number, the job you need done, the pickup and drop-off locations, and any photos or details you include.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our web host records basic technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you view and the time of your visit. If we use analytics or advertising tools (for example Google Analytics or Google Ads), they may set cookies or similar technologies to measure visits and the results of our ads.
How we use your information
- To answer your request, give you a price, and schedule and complete your delivery or move.
- To contact you about your job by phone, text or email.
- To keep records of the work we do, and for billing.
- To understand how people use our website and to improve it and our advertising.
- To protect against fraud and misuse, and to meet legal obligations.
Text messages
If you text us or ask us to text you, we’ll use your number to message you about your job. We don’t send marketing texts without your consent, and we don’t share your phone number or text messaging consent with third parties for their marketing. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts from us.
How we share information
We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only:
- with service providers that help us run our business and this website (such as our web host, email provider and analytics tools), who may use it only to provide those services to us;
- with a container yard, depot or seller when we need to coordinate a pickup for you;
- when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our customers or the public.

How long we keep information
We keep job and contact records as long as we need them to serve you, keep business and tax records, and meet legal requirements. Then we delete them.

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us. No website or email system is completely secure, so please don’t send sensitive information such as payment card numbers through the form.
Children
This website isn’t meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
Your rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we have about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Depending on where you live, including Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Montana, state law may give you additional rights. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
